Illustration We Love: Soña Lee
Ever heard of Soña Lee? Well you should have because her very colourful characters are popping up everywhere – in the usual illustrationy places like magazines but also on the sides of buildings, vans and beer bottles. Soña describes herself as a Seoul-Rotterdam-based artist making illustration, painting, murals, animation and art. She has worked for some very cool clients, collaborated with some other great artists such as Ming Sin Ho and Levi Jacobs and had a solo show (Soñazone – take a look at the photos). We love her amazing cast of characters and her striking choice of colours. She very kindly sent us a load of sketchbook pages (see the bottom of the post) to share and they are super neat and crispy and ooze imagination. Give her a follow on Instagram yeah?
